My experience at the Chase was quite mixed. The property itself has a nice layout, but several issues made our stay less enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, but the lack of housekeeping and poor dining service really disappointed me. While we appreciated the pet-friendly policy, the overall service left a lot to be desired, especially given the price we paid.
